Royal Enfield Bullet Pictures
The Royal Enfield Bullet is the longest running bike in history, being in production from 1931 until today. Bullets were used by the British Army and the RAF during WWII.
Between 1949 and 1956, the Bullet underwent some major changes. The engine was redesigned to allow for higher compression and the frame was update to a swing-arm.
In 1955, the Bullet underwent more modernization. The "Trials" and the "Clipper" were introduced with the same engines but new fuel tanks, exhausts, handlebars, seating, instrumentation, and designs.
Although these motorcycles are no longer made in the UK, production of the Bullet still exists in Indian locations.
