This is a photo of me, aged 15 in 1963, taken somewhere in Kent, by a friend. It was not my bike, but I did own a 1952 BSA, which I was legally allowed to ride three months after this was taken.
I subsequently have owned probably 50 bikes, and ridden them in America, Australia, Uk, Spain (where I now live ) Iran, Malaysia & Thailand, oh yes, and Laos !
Current bike, Honda 1997 650 SLR.
Very nice picture. In 1963 i dream of riding a bike like my frinds father had: DKW 250.
After a while i found the englisch motorcycles. Wow these machines impres me.
Treu the years a dith have some differant bikes, but this year i find a original1953 Triumph 5T. Every time we going for a ride, i got the felling like in 1963 when i like to drive that DKW. I wish you good luck
