Thanks to “Noo” from the forum for submitting this picture of his Grandfather. And thanks also to Max for confirming its identity as a 1911/12 Quadrant. By comparing to the other Qudrant pictures that Max has submitted, you will note on the 1911 the exhaust Muffler is still in the earlier position inside the frame line, whereas the newer for 1912 model has the exhaust muffler outside the frame line just like in your site photograph. Also the newer for 1912 Model in the sales photograph has the Armstrong Three speed Hub fitted.
