A lovely pair of GPO bikes seen at the 2004 Stafford Show. The bike on the right is a 1941 BSA 250cc C10 that was restored in 2000. The bike on the left is a 1933 BSA B33/1 – a 250cc sidevalve restored in 2003. Both of these bikes would have been used by the Post Office to deliver telegrams.
