Thanks to Mike Would for these pictures of his 1969 bonnie he’s owned since 1988 and has slowly restored as time and money has allowed. The engine has high compression pistons, high lift cams and a skimmed head which means you can stand on the kickstart when hot but still starts first kick. Most of the time he rides wth a set of 6t high level pipes without silencers (even in the winter car drivers know he’s there!). It might have been raced in its youth as she had racing tyres on when he first bought it and everything was lockwired and blobbed with paint.
