Thanks to Jeff Brown for these pictures of his stunnin 1966 Ducati Monza fitted with Vic Camp racing equipment. It is road legal for daytime use only, tuned motor, and Jeff has the full the history of the bike, authenticated by Mick Walker.
“The bike does go very well, it has a full race cam, gas flowed head, inlet port opened up to 32mm, big valves, lead free valve seats, h/c forged piston plus many more little tweaks. I have owned the bike since 2001. It had been found in the corner of a car garage in Sept 1998 in Cumbria with just the rear end sticking out of a pile of rubbish, and showing a racing number attached. A deal was done, by Mr B White who must take credit for most of the cosmetic work done. I have since added the fairing and made other changes. The bike was found to have matching frame and engine numbers, so now has a 1966 Cumbria reg number. It was stripped and rebuilt, the frame powder coated. I am told it was part of a batch destined for The Berliner Corporation of New Jersey, but was redirected to the UK where they were imported by Bill Hannah of Liverpool.”
