The Brough Superior SS 100 originated in the UK in 1924. These motorcycles were designed and built as per customer specifications and were dubbed the "Rolls Royce of Motorcycles".
These bikes were so customized that even the handlebars were individually modeled. Each bike came with a guarantee of reaching speeds of 100 mph and was the first custom motorcycle which was built with parts from a variety of suppliers.
The SS 100 boasted a combination of strength and speed produced by a lightweight frame. Consumers of the SS 100 were consulted throughout the development process to create the best custom experience possible. This resulted in unique and evolving designs.
