A 296cc Villiers two stroke model made by the Victoria Motor & Cycle Co Ltd of Glasgow. The frame and anciallary parts were manufactured in Glasgow and the engines bought in from England.

This model was fitted with a senspray carburettor, druid forks and acetylene lighting.
