Many thanks to John Proud for this picture of his father father, Tom Proud, on his 16H Norton. The photo was taken at Stamfordham, Northumberland around 1929 by John’s mother. He still has the camera which took the photo and the case his father has on his hip – he just wishes he had the bike!
