Thanks to Thierry for these pictures. Thierry works for the UN in Burma/Myanmar. At home in France he has a BM33 (1954) and he missed his bike so much that he had to find her a sister over there in Yangon… . This bike is an ex British Army and subsequently bought from the Burmese Army stocks. It was in poor condition and was restored with as many as new spare parts as possible (too long to list) by a Burmese friend who himself owns more than 12 BSA models (Royal Star, BM33, A50, BB31. GB33) and a couple of Triumph (twin 500cc). The engine on this bike has been redone entirely.
