Have never heard of a Mk III Corgi. However the: gearchange, front suspension, tank rack, box section frame, and open construction of centre stand point towards this being a Mk IV. The engine is a 98cc Excelsior Spryte.
The bike is a Mk IV series 3, I know this as I have the exact model.
The series 1 & 2 had the Wico Pacy Genimag, ( 7.8watt ) with a different shape cover, the series 3 was the only one with the Wico Pacy gererator ( 27watt ) , & a round cover-plate.
