A very nice 1969 BMW R69 in the Bonhams auction at the 2011 Stafford Classic Bike Show.
This was my Uncles bike, he used to pick me up from school on it, which was way too cool
You may notice there’s no clutch lever on the left, that’s because he lost his arm in a mining accident when younger, and had all his bikes adapted so the clutch was on the throttle.
So sad when he died and to see the old bike go
Whoever has it I hope it’s being pampered
