Thanks to Ted Bunday for these pictures of his nicely restored 1970 T120R. The photo at the bottom shows the extent of the project.
Fabulous restoration, but I hate to inform whoever that the bike is a 71 or later. 71 was the first year for the oil reservoir in the center tube of the frame. You can see the almost 3″ diameter tube coming out at the rear of the tank if you look carefully, plus there is no oil tank on right side like used for years before this change. Many, including myself, thought handling was sacrificed with the frame change. The beginning of the end of that era, which the Trident pretty much finished off for Triumph.
