Yet another lovely period picture sent in by Andy Breeden. Thanks to Leon and Howard for idetifying it as a Round Tank. "It is a 250 cc "round tank" BSA from the mid 1920s. The early ones were two speed, later 3 speed. Note the absence of a front brake: instead to satisfy the need for two independent brakes, there were two on the brake rim on the rear wheel"
