Thanks to Carrick Watson for this picture. It shows a Lanarkshire MCC Scramble in 1946. The rider on the right is Bill Watson (Watson Bros Airdrie) – Carrick’s Uncle. The rRider in Centre is Bill Smith, who later became Sales Manager of AMC (worked at Rossleigh Edinburgh pre war).
