Many thanks to Phill Lacey for these two pictures. The first shows his friend Roy Whitfield in the centre, himself on the right, and another friend Mick Hall on the left. They were on holiday on the Isle of Wight at White Bay in 1965. The day after this photo was taken, his friend Roy and his pillion were killed on a corner near Bembridge – they hit a bus which was over the white line head on. The lower picture is of Phill in 2002 and his Rapide which he still owns.
