Can anyone help Adrienne Folb with her enquiry?

We are the South African branch of an English family and this photograph showed up when a UK uncle passed away. It was taken in SA, as you can see, and sent to England very many years ago but there is a difference of opinion as to who it could be. We can get closer to the truth if we can say what year/s this motorbike would have been made which could help to determine the age and identity of the rider. So I am banking on you!

    hi, I’m from granada in Spain, this motorcycle is a Peugeot p_107 First serie 1929. I know it becouse I have one like it. I wish I could help You.
