Many thanks to Jim Walker for this picture of his 5TA that he has dressed up as a 5T. The 5TA (fitted with accessories as near to the 5T as hecould obtain) is 1959 (pre-adjustable primary chain) model. As you can see he removed the (Fibre Glass) bathtub and fitted pre-unit oil tank and toolbox with a 5T profile rear mudguard and grab handle/mudguard stay. Jim always considered the pre-unit 5T the more handsome machine.
I am looking for a pair of Rodark Pannier carriers to fit my original metal Rodark Panniers on my 1966 Triumph Thunderbird. Are yours original equipment or did you have yours fabricated?
