Beautiful bike. Silly thought, but just check your front tyre. If it is anything like the arrow tread patterns on cars, it is on the wrong way round & would be going effectively backwards when you’re riding. This can overheat the tyre, but more importantly it will not clear the water if you are riding in the rain.
