Looks like an Inter or Garden Gate Norton.
It also looks like a Southport or Wallasey sand race during the middle to late 50s
The front brake looks to be the manx conical type, so its more manx than Inter. ? The plunger frame is a garden gate…
Its very clean if they are racing on sand ?
