Thats a race Norton, a manx in a plunger frame. Late 1940s or early 1950s.
Almost looks like they are racing along a beach, waves in the backgound ?
Although the bike is too clean for that, a windswept airfield somewhere…
Looks like an Inter or Garden Gate Norton.
It also looks like a Southport or Wallasey sand race during the middle to late 50s
The front brake looks to be the manx conical type, so its more manx than Inter. ?

Its very clean if they are racing on sand ?
